- Summit County Utah: "To develop the project, Summit County secured a $26,000 funding award from Rocky Mountain Power’s Blue Sky renewable energy program. The Blue Sky program purchases Green-e Energy-certified renewable energy certificates on customers’ behalf from wind energy facilities in the region, and supports the development of smaller-scale renewable energy projects in local communities. The Blue Sky funding enabled Summit County to install a roof-mounted 4.3-kilowatt grid-tied photovoltaic system that will supply 100 percent of the USU Agricultural Extension building’s electrical needs."
