Moab Times-Independent - Gardening Living in Grand Style VITA volunteers and late season gardening…: "the fall of 2008 the Utah State University Cooperative Extension office in Grand County was asked to set up a VITA site. We enlisted some good volunteers and have provided assistance in preparing taxes for our fellow citizens during the 2009 and 2010 tax seasons. In 2010, to be eligible for the VITA program, families or individuals must have an adjusted gross income of $49,000 or less and we expect similar income eligibility for the 2011 tax season."
